SIA was born out of 20+ years of consulting around the country. Through our travels, we realized that too many small to medium-sized companies can’t afford to allocate the resources necessary to grow and prosper. SIA offers companies poised for growth those resources in an a la carte format that is affordable and focused on your success.
Our team’s vision when forming SIA was to create a space that was beneficial to both the entrepreneur consult and the small to medium business. Robert realized that even though small to medium size businesses made up the vast majority of new jobs and economic growth they were underserved in the consulting arena. This is not for a lack of consultants, but because most big consulting firms are just too costly.
As small business owners ourselves, we realize that your time is best spent on the hunt and then processing the kill – servicing the client. So the idea of stopping to hire, explore or expand really isn’t an option, nor is the idea of looking at cost controls the decision always comes down to time or money. Every small business owner just lets the money go because of their lack of time. That is where SIA excels.
